Feta really needs to be crumbled on something of cooked in something, and we didn't do that. Just grabbing a chunk of Feta and gnawing on it isn't the best way to use it. Alas, I wasn't cooking anything that would have been crumbled Feta, so we just went with the gnawing strategy.
Feta has much less of a cheese flavor, sort of like cottage cheese, but there is a nice sourness and it's a bit more salty and tangy.
My wife is insisting I cook some Greek food so we can eat this properly. Once I get around to that I'll add more commentary.
